Studio 212 on the second floor will be available September 1. An interior space, 405 square feet plus a very useful and sturdy loft, this studio has a large window to the hallway which you can cover or not depending on your mood. Three walls are drywall and one is exposed brick. (You can hang things on the brick wall if you fasten into the grout.) The ceilings are about 12 feet high: a drop ceiling was removed in 2011, so there’s exposed ducting and a sort of industrial vibe. There is plenty of lighting, a combination of track and shop lights. The building is heated, cooled, and well-maintained.

Rent of $780 includes utilities, shared wifi, and use of common areas, which include utility sinks, kitchenette, clean restrooms, lobby area with seating, and opportunities to help curate and show art in the hall galleries and other nooks and crannies. Leases are one year with a month-to-month default option after that. General liability insurance required. 24/7 access NO live-in.
