This classic on the third floor will be available September 15, 2025 (it could also be made available sooner if that is of interest, or possibly later). Studio 304 is 270 square feet and rents for $710/month. The space has three big south-facing windows (the biggest one is operable) and functioning heat/AC.

The ceilings are 11 feet high. The windows are surrounded by exposed brick; the rest of the walls are smooth drywall. There are multiple outlets on the ceiling for customizing lighting.

Rent includes utilities, shared wifi, and use of common areas, which include kitchenette, clean restrooms, lobby area with seating, and and opportunities to help curate and show art in the hall galleries and other nooks and crannies. We hold cooperatively-organized open studio events approximately twice a year. Spontaneous collaboration has been known to occur.

All studios are work-only, with 24/7 access. Leases are one year with a month-to-month default option after expiration. General liability insurance required.

The members of this community are serious about their art, professional, and supportive of other artists. We welcome all peoples and genders, and naturally expect anyone who joins us to do likewise.
