We are in the market for a new Biscaynito: The lovely studio 302 is available for rent starting June 1, 2023. A spacious and light-filled 285 square feet on the third floor, it has tall windows and a wall of built-in cupboards (a holdover from its days as half a corporate conference room). Rent is $735/month.
The building has working heat/AC. Rent includes utilities, including shared wifi, and use of shared kitchenette, bathroom, lobby, and display spaces. All studios are work-only, with 24/7 access. Leases are one year with a month-to-month default option after expiration.
The artists of ’57 Biscayne organize coordinated open studios twice a year, sharing publicity and drawing a good crowd. The members of this community are serious about their art, professional, and supportive of other artists. We welcome all peoples and genders, and naturally expect anyone who joins us to do likewise.
