The most adorable studio ever

AuthorPostedbyadmin on on July 7, 2026

This space has been rented. To get first notice of available studios, please sign up for our mailing list.

This is one of two studios available in August. (The other is here.)

This cute 170-square-foot, L-shaped space—with variable ceiling height, operable south-facing windows, a transom for ventilation, fir floors, a combination of track and can lighting, and loads of charm—was carved out of our lobby shortly after Good Arts bought the building back in 2016. It has its own separate entrance opening onto the lobby and a large window facing the stairwell, which gives it possibilities as boutique retail as well as a workspace. It could be great for a jeweler or designer who works small, but the big wall is great for display or for working vertically.

A few steps across the hall are the common areas, including restrooms, a kitchenette, and two utility sinks. $480 monthly rent is inclusive of utilities and use of common amenities. Leases are one year with a month-to-month default option after that. General liability insurance required. 24/7 access NO live-in.

The members of this community are serious about their art, professional, supportive of other artists, and readily lend their skills to make ’57 Biscayne successful and generally awesome. We welcome all peoples and genders, and naturally expect anyone who joins us to do likewise.

If you are interested, please contact the proprietrix and tell her what you do and why you would make an excellent Biscaynito.

If you have skills beyond your artwork that you’d be willing to share with the community—e.g., marketing, graphic design, public relations, tech skills, etc.—be sure to mention it!

Windows look onto Cherry Street. Yes, they open.
This is the view as you walk into the space. The tall pitched ceiling above you is the bottom of the staircase.
Cute built-in bench seat looks out the windows. (Could also be made into a desk or work table.)
View of fab lobby art. Opportunities abound to add your own.
